Before/after/after/after/after <from day 4 up to recently!> It has now been just one month since I had revision rhinoplasty. So there is still some swelling, but I like the line, so I’m posting a short review.
When I first had rhinoplasty, it was a semi-ski-slope line? My nose had a slightly curved shape, but when I look at pretty people on TV these days, they all have straight noses. So I really wanted a straight nose close to a straight-semi line, and after my rhinoplasty, I had slight drooping of the nasal tip, so I wanted to raise the nasal tip and raise the nasal bridge a bit more too, so I had revision surgery.
During the consultation, I said I wanted to raise the nasal tip and raise the nasal bridge quite a lot, but the director said my nostrils are small, so I shouldn’t go too high. He said he would raise it as much as possible while matching it to my nose, and when I saw the shape he held for me, the line and shape looked good, so I listened to the director and had the surgery lol
After the rhinoplasty, of course it was revision surgery, and I’m the type who swells a lot and bruises easily, so I thought I would swell a lot and have a lot of bruising, but compared to what I expected, it seemed less swollen, so I felt relieved!
After removing the nasal packing and splint, I had some runny nose, but the pain went away after the packing was removed. I did feel my nose pulling a little, but that also got better around week 2. And the nose line came out well, the way I wanted, and when I went to get the stitches removed, the director also said the nose turned out well, so now I’m just waiting for the swelling to go down quickly!! Later, once the nose swelling completely goes down, I’ll post again then.
