Before<Before>After<After>After<After>I had rhinoplasty at another clinic because of my bulbous nose, but I ended up having revision surgery because the silicone on the nasal bridge was showing through and I was dissatisfied with the shape. Even if I changed the silicone, I felt the show-through might continue later, and because I felt anxious about silicone, I went around for consultations because I wanted silicone removal, a softly rounded nasal tip line, and at least a little frontal-view improvement. I had revision surgery because the reviews said the director does a good job making results naturally glamorous, and after meeting him in person for a consultation, I trusted him. (He did not recommend unnecessary things and seemed like he would match the nose shape I wanted as much as possible.) Whenever I went for post-op follow-ups, the director checked on me kindly and thoroughly, which made me feel even more at ease, and it was nice that I could also get swelling laser treatment. It has been a little over 3 months since surgery now, and I am satisfied because my nose line has become prettier and more natural. People say a bulbous nose needs to be done in a dramatic style, but mine has a naturally glamorous shape without being excessive, so I really like it. Since it was revision surgery, I was more careful and worried a lot, but it turned out so pretty that I am living with the thought that I made the right decision having the surgery.
