The chief director here is very sweet and examines you carefully. Because I was greedy and wanted to go large even if it was a bit much, instead of saying it absolutely could not be done or was impossible, they said that during surgery, they would open the breast pocket, secure as much space as possible, and adjust it to fit my needs, so I booked right away (I would have been a fool not to). As expected, I’m very satisfied with the result haha
