My upper arm size was 2n cm (I don’t remember exactly), but I lost more than 1 cm. People said it stung a little.. but it really, really hurt. When you first go in, they tell you to lie down and something like an IV goes in. But it wasn’t the injection needle we know, it was like a patch? They attached several of them to my upper arm and the fluid went in. You can really feel the fluid going in in real time. Then for 30 minutes I was like ugh... uuuugh, and then I went home carrying my extremely swollen arms. People said that if you get HPL you can’t sleep, but even though I got it around evening, I slept well. They said some people vomit too, but I was fine. You’re supposed to do it twice, but after getting it once... I couldn’t go back because it hurt too much
