Is shape deformation inevitable with autologous cartilage?

<One month after revision rhinoplasty (surgery 5 years ago)><This is now> After getting my first nose surgery 12 years ago with L-shaped silicone, a long time passed and my nose started feeling heavy, so I decided on revision surgery. And 5 years ago, at a hospital that was famous in a community at the time, I had removal + ear cartilage for the nasal bridge + cartilage repositioning using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. At first it looked so natural and pretty. But from around 1-2 years later, my nose started spreading, and now it feels slightly upturned and my nostrils are uneven too.. the columella has also gone in a little... What I’m curious about is why my nose spread so much after 1 year post-op... Was it because the nose height didn’t match, or because the septal cartilage couldn’t support it?ㅜ For friends around you who had surgery with cartilage repositioning a few years ago, did they have no shape deformation?? I’m so curiousㅠㅠ Is shape deformation inevitable, or are there people whose shape doesn’t change and is maintained? If anyone knows, please comment!!

I’m living really well now with no side effects, but maybe people are fickle because I really don’t like my current nose shapeㅠ I’m in my early 30s, married, and have a child, but I guess a woman is a woman for lifeㅠㅠ Honestly, whenever I look in the mirror I get so stressed, and I don’t want to wear a mask or take it off either (because people might say I only look good with a maskㅠㅠ)

I live outside Seoul, so even consultations are hard, and I could only go to two placesㅠㅠ

Since your nasal bridge is done with ear cartilage, if silicone is inserted it may look bumpy. A dramatic celebrity-like nose won’t come out, so reconsider considering the cost -ㅁㅌ

I’d rather you didn’t do it, and I personally don’t want to do it (I took a bus for over 9 hours round trip, but they got up first in under 10 minutes. It seemed like they only want to do easy surgeries or surgeries with good outcomes) -ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ

Now I’m going to acknowledge it and try going to ㅍㄹㅁㅠㅠ Does silicone always inevitably cause side effects later? If you have friends around you who had silicone and are doing fine with no problems, please tell me.

If I do it this time, it will be my third rhinoplasty revision, and I have a child and also work, so I sincerely hope it will really be the lastㅠㅠ For that to happen, should I not do silicone? I’m so frustrated, sigh
