When you think of Topclass, you think dramatic, so even though I had consultations at other hospitals, I had the highest expectations for this place. The consultation manager was so kind, honest, and made the consultation so comfortable that I could say I booked because of her Honestly, if the consultation manager had been even a little less good, I might have thought it over, but she treated me so comfortably like an older sister I knew. (The consultation time changed several times because the director had surgery scheduled, but the consultation manager was so good at the consultation that I quickly forgot about it) After the consultation, I went straight into the consultation with the director, and he gave me a good consultation, reflecting what I wanted as much as possible while clearly saying what was not possible and what did not necessarily need to be done did not need to be done (Something another hospital said I had to do turned out to be unnecessary;) He answered everything I was curious about, and my satisfaction with the consultation was the highest. So even though I had other consultations scheduled afterward, I booked Topclass and canceled the later hospital appointments.
