When I was looking for facial contouring clinics, I referred a lot to everyone’s posts, so I’m scribbling down a review.
I disliked my face from the start, so I had almost never taken selfies or photos of myself... Among those things, what felt like the biggest problem was my face shape, so I decided to have surgery. The reason I chose Cookie was because I wanted a definite effect, so I looked for clinics with the best before-and-after differences and decided on it.
On the day of surgery, my face was very swollen, so I couldn’t even tell if it had gone well, and it was very hard.
After about 1 week, I felt the swelling was going down slightly, and I had heard that walking is good for reducing swelling, so I took walks often. It really felt like the swelling was going down quickly. Since my angular jaw and cheekbones were gone, even though I was swollen, I could definitely feel that the bone structure had changed.
After about 3 weeks, eating had been the most uncomfortable and difficult part, but around 3 weeks, it seemed to get better. I didn’t feel much discomfort in daily life, and I only paid attention to swelling management.
After about a month, a lot of the swelling had gone down, and I felt the swelling on both sides was going down differently. I just thought that could happen and waited for it to gradually go down lol
From around 3 months, the major swelling was definitely almost all gone, and I could really feel that my face shape had improved. That was when I started to feel very satisfied. I gained weight so my face became round, but even so, the face shape was a doll-like line, and I thought it turned out well without any major side effects.
After about half a year, it seems like almost all the residual swelling is gone now, and I think I just need to remove the pins. I don’t have any other side effects, and the bones themselves seem to have healed well. I eat well without really worrying much about what I eat, and except for having to hold back a bit on food at first, everything was okay. I didn’t feel any major discomfort. With results like this, I think I did well to have the surgery. It seems to have turned out as well as I wanted, or even better, so I’m very satisfied hehe
