Before<before>After<after1>After<after2>After<after3>In my case, my face had no volume at all, and even though I had my nose done, I had severe sagging, so no one could tell I’d had rhinoplasty Strangely, my nasal bridge was high, but the nasal tip was blunt, so it was a nose with no balance at all.
So I ended up getting facial fat grafting and revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, and getting the fat grafting done while I was already lying down was such a good decision lol. With more forehead volume and the sunken areas filled overall, plus the revision rhinoplasty, I feel like my side-profile line and the curve itself changed. Especially the nose line continuing from the forehead became really pretty.
The photos are from week 3, and the fat graft also took pretty well, and the nasal tip is staying maintained without dropping. It feels like a bit more residual swelling has gone down? After more than a month, the pulling in the philtrum was almost gone too. Now I’m living for the fun of putting on makeup, getting dressed, and styling myself haha
