First, I had the following conditions, and I absolutely wanted to do it without an implant I didn’t want to touch the nasal bridge, and wanted only the nasal tip improved into a natural-looking but refined nose -First nose surgery -Nasal bridge is on the higher side (slightly low around the glabella) -Slight hump and depressed nasal tip (weak septum) -Nasal tip spreads when I smile -Asymmetrical nostrils -Deviated septum (not severe)
1) ㅇㅆ consultation fee 11,000 won -Does not do functional rhinoplasty together -It’s a place famous for closed rhinoplasty, but they recommended open surgery for me -Recommended lateral osteotomy because the right side looks wide (optional) -My nasal tip cartilage is weak, so they said donor costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage would be needed, with about a 1 million won difference in cost -They would also do slight alar reduction while correcting the bulbous nose -Would use ear cartilage, fascia + costal cartilage -Slight shaving of the hump -If the length is extended, the mouth may look protruded, so it seemed better to extend only slightly ***The cost was over 5 million won even after writing all reviews, aftercare includes 2 swelling injections, CCTV exists but to view it, consent from all operating room staff is required, A/S period 1 year***
Overall: The consultant was a little unfriendly, maybe because the place is famous for closed surgery, but they didn’t seem very confident about open surgery, they didn’t take a CT and only took photos for the consultation, yet charged 11,000 won (I don’t know why), instead of clearly pointing out improvement points while looking at my nose, they spoke vaguely overall, so I lost trust from the doctor consultation onward. It doesn’t seem like an extremely famous or skilled place, but the cost was too expensive
2) ㅇㄹㅂ_ㅂㅈㅅ no consultation fee -Deviated septum surgery possible (insurance reimbursement possible) -Lateral osteotomy, is it really necessary? It could be done, but they don’t recommend it (they said considering overall facial harmony, I don’t really need it) -Shin Se-kyung, Go Youn-jung noses possible, said all the nose photos I want are possible (natural-refined) -Frontal improvement definitely possible (said my face is absolutely not one that would lose out from surgery) -My nose is slightly upturned and spreads a lot sideways, my nostrils are also asymmetrical, and they said it would be good to do alar reduction together -Surgery possible with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and if only the nasal tip is done, it takes about 1 hour? they said -If the nasal tip is slightly lowered and raised, the protruding mouth will also improve a little -My face is somewhat wide sideways, so it might be good to raise the glabella area a bit too (optional) -After surgery, they don’t put cotton in the nose and don’t apply a splint ***Cost is low-to-mid 4 million won range including function (about 4 million if reimbursed by insurance), CCTV video can be provided but costs about 300,000 won, A/S period is lifetime (if it’s a surgical issue), if it’s for cosmetic improvement there is a cost but they said they don’t charge for everything, there is an anesthesiology specialist but the director personally does the sedation, the director is in charge of some ethics thing, so they only do 2 surgeries a day, and they said that’s why they barely advertise***
Overall: Actually, this was my second consultation here, and the director had the same expression and tone back then and now, like “why is this person even worrying?” They emphasized that my face would absolutely not lose out by doing the nose. They said I’d hear a lot that I got prettier if I did my nose. Since they barely advertise and there aren’t many reviews, I keep debating it, but the price is reasonably fair, and when I consult with the director or consultant, I trust them more. If I do it here, I feel like at least it won’t fail, so I’ll probably visit a few more places and then book here. The consultant is also cool, like if you’re going to do it, do it, and if not, don’t! They took a CT and it felt like a new machine (but the director didn’t look at the CT in huge detail), before-and-after photos were very natural
3) ㅅㅇㅅㅅㅇㅇ_ㄱㅊㅇ consultation fee 50,000 won -Both alar wings (flesh protruding next to the nose?) alar reduction -Rhinitis surgery, is it really necessary? They said I don’t need to do it (I do have septal deviation, but it isn’t severe, and because rhinitis surgery can have side effects, they told me not to do it unless I’m significantly uncomfortable in daily life) -Slightly lower and raise the nasal tip, use septal cartilage and ear cartilage (will improve protruding mouth) -No need for osteotomy -No risk of the philtrum becoming longer -The step-off will be filled with fascia -They said nasal tip dropping is natural; even without nose surgery, just like skin sags, everyone’s nasal tip drops -Recommended shaving the hump (it can look masculine) -The nasal bridge is high, so it seems there is no need to raise it ***The cost was the most expensive, even after writing all reviews, low-to-mid 6 million won range? (chief director costs an additional 1-1.5 million), CCTV video can be provided but costs extra (but the consultant said if I can’t trust them to that extent, it would be right not to do it at their hospital.. what was that..), A/S seemed to be 1 year, they told me to look up before-and-after photos because there are many on Gangnam Unni and Babitalk***
Overall: The consultant was so kind at first that it felt burdensome, and since the website said first nose surgery is with Director ㅂㅅㅇ? I thought first nose surgeries must be fixed to that doctor and booked without thinking much (they didn’t ask me to choose a doctor either). But Director ㄱㅊㅇ came in and consulted, so I thought, “Is this place originally different between the consulting doctor and the operating doctor?” and just went through the consultation. But during the doctor consultation, the consultant suddenly came in and made the doctor leave in a hurry;;; I still had a lot to ask,, and I paid 50,000 won for the consultation too. The doctor’s explanation was truly very specific and detailed. They kindly explained what the problem was and how they would improve it! But the before-and-after surgery photos were just so-so. And when I asked the consultant, “Aren’t I getting surgery from Director ㅂㅅㅇ? That’s what it said on the website!” their expression changed completely and they said no~ you’ll get it from Director ㄱㅊㅇ who consulted you~ and from then on they became a bit unfriendly... The cost was also ridiculously expensive It does seem famous, but the price difference is too big and the consultant was intimidating, so I felt like I couldn’t do it here I had high expectations, but came back disappointed...
