It has been 1 month since I received implant-free rhinoplasty from Director Kim Da-alm at Oblige Plastic Surgery. I had hump removal, nasal tip elevation, and alar reduction surgery. Before surgery, when choosing a clinic, I went to consultations at several clinics, but even if they took a CT, they did not consult using the CT images. But at Oblige Plastic Surgery, they looked at the CT images and gave me a detailed consultation about the condition of my nose and face and what method they would use for the surgery, which was good. Also, the biggest reason I chose Oblige Plastic Surgery was that the director accurately identified the area that was my complex and said they would perform the surgery in a way that resolved that area. The surgery took about almost 2 hours and 30 minutes, and it did not hurt at all. After the surgery, I had a meeting with the director, and at that time it was good because I could check what shape my nose had become while looking at the photos the director took. Also, when I went to have the splint removed and when I went for the 1-month follow-up, it was good that I could talk with the director both times. Overall, I am satisfied with the surgery, and they said that as more time passes and the residual swelling goes down, it will become more natural, so I’m looking forward to it!
