<Before><After, week 1>I’m someone who started dieting because I’m 158 cm tall and weigh 73.8 kg, close to severe obesity. Since I gained more than 20 kg compared with before, people around me kept saying I had gained too much weight and asking why I had become like this, and every single one of those comments hurt I tried diet herbal medicine, tried PT, and attempted various things, but I had a severe yo-yo effect and reached the highest weight of my life I was obese overall, but among everything, my abdominal obesity rate was above standard, so I wore only elastic-waist skirts every day So after thinking about it, I got a consultation, booked abdominal fat-extraction injections, and had the procedure. I had the procedure on April 4, and my weight at the time of the procedure was 72.8 kg. After the procedure, I ate all 3 meals, didn’t overeat, controlled my diet, and only did simple walking, and at week 1 my weight was 71.3 kg, so I lost 1.5 kg. My size decreased from 96.2 cm to 95.0 cm, a reduction of 1.2 cm. The swelling still hasn’t all gone down, and I still have 2 follow-up care sessions left, so while receiving care, I’m planning to continue diet control and walking exercise together!
