Medial epicanthoplasty + fat removal + incisional double eyelid surgery + upper canthoplasty (not sure whether they actually did the upper canthoplasty or not..)
The first and second photos are both bare eyes with no makeup. If you want surgery that is natural and pretty rather than flashy eyes, you might want to look into it..
