Before getting a hip-up procedure, I only used to read other people’s reviews, and now it’s already been about 8 months since I had buttock fat grafting!! I can’t believe the day has come when I’m leaving a review because I want to show it off too..
Before getting the hip-up procedure, I was really stressed about my back view and body line. It was seriously.. flat as a board.. Even when I met friends, there were so many commentsㅠㅠ When wearing jeans or dresses, you know, tight clothes, I had no hip volume and was under a lot of stress, so after thinking about it, I finally decided to do it!
These days there are quite a lot of reviews on cafes and apps, but when I first started preparing and looking things up, maybe because it was a somewhat unfamiliar surgery.. there wasn’t a huge amount of information, so I remember it being pretty difficult!
Because my complex was severe, I searched really hard! I looked into all kinds of places and got consultations, and then I made up my mind and went ahead at the place where I got the feeling, “This place seems good.”
I also looked into implants, but how should I put it, because of some vague sense of resistance, I ruled them out and did fat grafting + liposuction together, combined with suction!
At first after the hip-up procedure, it felt swollen? but after some time passed, there was a point when I could clearly tell, ah, this is the effect of hip-up surgery.
What I was most worried about after surgery was bruising, but mine disappeared quickly, and if anything, I felt that sleeping was a bit difficult. It’s very uncomfortable... After some time passed, there was only a pulling sensation, then a kind of pain that disappeared? For me, it was pretty hard for about 2 months~
I’m originally the type who bruises easily and whose swelling doesn’t go down easily, so I was really worried after surgery, but more than I worried, more than I expected, I felt a lot that it was manageable!! And once a certain amount of recovery time passes, it’s nice because I can wear fitted clothes or dresses without hesitation!
I couldn’t wear them right after the hip-up procedure, but I bought a lot of dressesㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Now the weather is getting much hotter, and the season of showing more skin is approaching, and honestly I had this summer in mind to some extent too. Restrictions have lifted, and I want to hurry up and go have fun! Reviews saying there is absolutely no pain at all seem like lies to me, and I also felt quite a bit of foreign-body sensation in the early post-op period!! There is discomfort when sitting too, but I want to say it’s not to the point where you can’t endure it!
To briefly share what I personally felt as tips for choosing a hospital, during the consultation process, you can get a sufficient feel for how the hospital operates, how many surgeries the doctor performs in a day, and before going for the consultation, checking the doctors’ profiles and various experience, and whether the doctors understand your needs well. I was the case where I chose because I just got that feeling! Among the things you can know from the outside, I think a hospital with solid credentials and one that has operated in the same place for a long time without even changing its name is fairly trustworthy~
I really hope those looking into hip-up surgery get good results!
