6-month review of nose revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage

Before before after after after I previously had surgery using septal cartilage + ear cartilage + no implant, and after 6 months, the nasal tip gradually became blunt and drooped downward,

so I decided to get revision surgery.

The reason I ended up having revision surgery at this plastic surgery clinic was that two other places said I needed bulbous nose correction, but even I could see that my skin was on the thinner side. Dr. Lee Bang-seok said that because my skin was on the thinner side, the cartilage could show through, so I didn't necessarily need bulbous nose correction, and I think that made me trust him.

After consulting with the director, we proceeded with 3 mm silicone + autologous costal cartilage + long nose correction,

and now I am at 6 months.

I told the director that I wanted it to be more glamorous than my first surgery, and I am satisfied because the nose line came out the way I wanted. People around me also say the revision surgery turned out really well,

so I am very satisfied haha

Since this revision surgery changed from no implant to silicone, I worried a lot about inflammation too, but so far I haven't had any major discomfort.

As the swelling definitely goes down, the line stands out more, so it seems to look higher haha

So far I haven't had discomfort or side effects,

so I think I did really well choosing this clinic haha

This is a surgery review pursuing a glamorous look.
