Are there cases where you develop sanpaku eyes after epicanthoplasty? I had epicanthoplasty 11 years ago, and I don’t have any photos of what my eyes originally looked like, so I don’t know if I originally had sanpaku eyes. But now only one eye is sanpaku, so it looks okay just looking normally, but it stands out more when I take photos and gives a strong strabismus-like impression. Would epicanthoplasty restoration improve it?
