I went to my first consultation, chose the clinic, chose the doctor, and just paid the deposit and came back. The consultant was so kind and seemed like a good person. I chose separate doctors for my eyes and nose, and yesterday I had eye revision surgery and my first nose surgery.
But I did not know it would hurt this much. I have a severe headache now, and my teeth hurt Tylenol did not work, so only after taking 2 liquid painkillers was I barely able to fall asleep at dawn.
I am so swollen right now that I cannot even open my eyes. I was already puffed up from day one yesterday when I left the clinic. My eyes are totally like sausages, and even my forehead is swollen, so the surgical line is buried.
My nose hurts so much Seriously.. I am really regretting having the surgery. I was shocked after removing the gauze under my nose too. It was an external incision, but it feels like they made it really large. Since it was open rhinoplasty, it is like they opened a lid under my nose; the area under my nose was cut all the way across. I feel like it will leave a scar..
Even if I want to upload a photo, my face is in such a serious state.
Does it normally swell like this from the first day? And why on earth do they apply disinfectant all the way up to the hair?
