They said they never overfill: they put in only enough to look good at the first session, calculate the fat-graft survival rate, and add the appropriate amount at the second session. The consultation manager answered everything I asked, but I wondered whether she was a little dry; she did not feel extremely warm or friendly. Fat grafting alone is 2 million won, 2.5 million with PRP, and 3 million with stem cells. They said people under 40 could have fat grafting alone, and they did not strongly recommend the add-ons, which actually made me trust them more?
