I visited because it was where my friend had surgery. I booked a consultation for the earliest available date, and when I arrived, I was seen immediately without waiting. The doctor was very kind!!!! The staff were all kind as well, so my overall impression was good. Since it was my first surgery, I was recommended ptosis correction and partial-incision double-eyelid surgery. They created a line without making it excessive and recommended only what was necessary, which made me trust them. I felt they communicated carefully and reflected my opinions well. The coordinator in charge and the staff were kind, so I was satisfied with the consultation overall @.@
