I had a fairly severe hump on my nose, and I wanted to just somehow smooth out the hump a little, so I had my consultation focused on the dorsal hump!
I asked them to make it as natural as possible and to make sure it didn’t look like I had obvious cosmetic surgery or an avatar-like nose. I also said I wanted to do it without an implant, and they reflected all of those needs of mine, so I think the communication was the best. And they don’t recommend unnecessary things. When I said I didn’t want osteotomy, they told me not to do it.
But now a lot of the swelling has gone down, so every time I look at it, it feels different, new, and fascinating! To me, the change seems big, but people around me don’t notice and it feels natural~~
For aftercare, I think I’ve gone more than 12 times after the surgery. If I have anything I’m curious about, they answer right away and usually tell me I can come in anytime.
For reference, I used rib cartilage ^^ They said my septal cartilage couldn’t be used because it was small and also deviated.
