Nose Surgery Reviews

I think my third rhinoplasty revision was successful, from donated costal cartilage to autologous costal cartilage

Before/after. This was my third rhinoplasty revision. My first rhinoplasty was done with silicone 15 years ago, and my second nose surgery was 4 years ago. When I had it done 4 years ago, I used 4 mm silicone and donated costal cartilage, but as you can see in the photos, it really wasn’t pretty. Columellar retraction, a very wide nasal bridge, and considering it was done with donated costal cartilage, the nasal tip was way too compressed. The tip wasn’t pretty at all, and the nostrils weren’t pretty either.

It’s now been over 7 days since my third rhinoplasty revision, and after removing the splint, this time feels certain. I’m convinced it was 100% successful. The nasal tip is so pretty, the line is pretty, the shape is pretty too. I still have a lot of bruising and swelling on other parts of my face, but I met a friend just a little while ago looking like this, and everyone is making a fuss saying it looks pretty!

Success, success. If your nasal tip isn’t pretty, definitely get revision rhinoplasty and succeed beautifully.

This is a surgery review pursuing a natural-glam look.
