I went around to about 3 places for consultations for my first surgery. The eyes I wanted were cat-like eyes that were horizontally long with upturned outer corners. So even if I got lateral and lower canthoplasty, I wasn’t planning to do it excessively. It was the rainy season and I wasn’t in a situation where I could go to Seoul often, so I went to 1 place in one day, then 2 places two days later.
ㅅㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery -I went to this hospital through an acquaintance’s recommendation. The interior was clean overall, and I went in without any waiting time. It was such a good hospital that the friendliness was almost top-tier. The consultant was really kind, and there was absolutely no unnecessary talk or pressure. As for the director, he also seemed highly professional and explained why certain things couldn’t be done in a way that made sense. Overall, I felt that he pursued a natural look and was honest and conscientious. He also joked here and there while talking, so overall I was satisfied. The consultation time was about 30-40 minutes, and the cost was reasonable too.
ㅅㄱ Plastic Surgery -This was a place I went to for a consultation because, while researching online diligently, I liked the reviews and how they matched the eye style I wanted. The consultant was very kind and had a friendly feel, which was nice. I think the consultation time with the director was the longest here, almost about 1-2 hours?? At other hospitals, they said my eyes weren’t small, but they were sunken eyes and my eyeballs weren’t on the large side, so there wasn’t much that could be opened up, nor was there much need to open them that much. But here, they said there was more posterior space than expected, so it could be opened to some extent, though not excessively. I’m the type who feels satisfied only when I do what I want.. so I think hearing that it was possible made me lean more toward this place. The cost was higher than the other places I visited.
ㅁㅇㄷㅇ Plastic Surgery -I heard it was famous, so I made a consultation reservation on the same day and visited. Even though it was a weekday, there were quite a lot of people. There was some waiting time. The consultant was really so pretty, and I could feel that she had a lot of work experience. There was a bit of pressure. The director had a lot of charisma, so if something wasn’t necessary or couldn’t be done, he said very firmly that it couldn’t be done. So since there wasn’t much to ask, the consultation time wasn’t long either, about 5-10 minutes. The quote was also decent compared with other hospitals. This place also seemed to generally pursue a natural-looking style.
