Before/after/after/after This was my third nose surgery. My nose was on the upturned side, and the symmetry of both nostrils was uneven, so I wanted to improve those areas again. When I had consultations at several places, that clinic was also well known for revision rhinoplasty, and during the consultation, Director Lee Yun-hwan strongly gave me the impression that he was professional, so I decided to proceed. Before surgery, he lowered my expectations a lot, but the actual result, including the line, was made so satisfying. It has only been about a month since surgery, so the ear where cartilage was harvested and the nasal tip are slightly uncomfortable, and it’s frustrating that I can’t blow my nose or touch it, but the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the first day, and it feels like the shape is gradually settling, so I’m happy. I like it more as time passes, and I hope the residual swelling goes down quickly too. I think this really has become my final surgery ~
