Before surgery, the line under my chin had been rounded and connected to my neck, as if attached, but the director separated my chin and neck for me (my benefactor) The director looked at my whole face shape, from the double chin and neck area to the deep buccal fat and bulldog jowls, and handled everything with a design pen. I already have hollow cheeks, so for the jaw area under my ears, we decided not to remove a lot of fat and just clean up the line, then check progress later with Botox, so on the day my stitches were removed, I also got Xeomin Botox separately. I’m so grateful that they promised an after-procedure too if I get really stressed later or become bothered by the area under the ears (they said they would remove a bit more just from that area) I’m the type who thinks if I’m going to do it, I should do it quickly, so I went on the 10/9 holiday. They said they provide treatment and surgery on public holidays, so I waited and received it, and the next day the director did the dressing and explained everything step by step, and was extremely meticulous. They said the liposuction (face) went well, and even if there is stiffness and lumpiness, if I stay still without moving too much, it can harden, so they told me to move my neck little by little too. (Like stretching.) Honestly, I don’t know if I’m suited to surgery or if I tolerate pain well (I can get full-face Rejuran with only numbing cream / honestly, Rejuran really hurts. I endure it all while tearing up.) or because I’ve had two major physical surgeries (not cosmetic surgery), I tend to endure most pain pretty well, but it wasn’t painless. It hurts! It feels like strong muscle soreness that is bearable, and it’s my skin, but it doesn’t feel like my own flesh, and something feels strange~ (Feels like my skin, yet not my skin.) I always wear the compression band even when sleeping, and I’ve started using commercially sold V-line packs more often whenever I can. (I bought them from Coupang.) I guess, as a person’s psychology, when you spend money on an area, you pay more attention to that area. I had the stitches removed on 10/12. (Surgery on 10/9)
