When I entered the hospital, my first impression was… It feels kind of dark! Like, “A customer came?” Overall the staff just don’t really pay attention!!! (It was the same when removing the stitches)
There were tons of tablets at the desk. The consultation with the manager was just general talk and speaking through photos, with lots of time.
The director consulted with me kindly while smiling, so I decided on the surgery.
After the surgery, I was out of it, and they didn’t even give me the precautions properly (they just explained them verbally and that was it). Still, shouldn’t they have taken care of that!!~ There wasn’t even a band.
On the first dressing day~ I think the anesthesia hadn’t fully worn off, so I was dazed, and while looking at my swollen face~ I saw the desk staff holding back laughter and was so dumbfounded, but I kept feeling dazed @.@
After the surgery, there was not even 1 bit of care. There were originally 2 oxygen therapy sessions included, but when the manager said they were specially adding 2 sessions, I couldn’t believe my ears!
I don’t know if the director left the smile from the explanation at home or what, but the atmosphere was so different that it felt pretty chilly~~~~
In conclusion, the surgical result needs at least another month, but this is a hospital where the attitude before and after entering the restroom is way, way too different. I wish they would pay more attention to customers and at least greet them.
