Because if I got a forehead lift and revision double eyelid surgery, I would be a good case, but since I'm still young (I'm in my mid-20s), if I did a forehead lift and eye revision surgery together, there wouldn't be enough remaining skin on the upper eyelid area, so my eyes wouldn't close fully... So if I were going to do it, they told me to come back in 10 years for just the forehead lift, when my skin has sagged more than now lol
Overall, the hospital and director seem to be the type that won't do procedures if they are a bit tricky or not immediately necessary. I liked that they seem to pursue safety and don't overtreat. Other than that, the director and staff were kind, and the interior facilities were clean, so it was fine!
