Before <before surgery> Before <after surgery 1> Before <after surgery 2> In 2022, I had surgery at another hospital for the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and nostril reduction. I don’t remember whether I had osteotomy or not, but anyway, even after surgery, I still wasn’t satisfied, so I worried a lot I wanted a slim-looking nose even from the front, but it still looked thick. I kept thinking I’d be satisfied if only the nostril area were reduced a bit more...... so after thinking about it, I went for a consultation at K-Plus because it seemed good at reducing nose width and improving the frontal view. I went there thinking I’d just redo my whole nose, but the director didn’t recommend touching it more from here. He said that if I did nostril reduction one more time and got nostril botox together, it would look much better than now. I wanted to do more, but,,, I didn’t want to have revision surgery twice, so I had surgery as the director said. From the consultation, he seemed meticulous and delicate, and considering that recovery was fast even though it was a revision, I think he also paid careful attention and did a good job when operating on my nose. Now it feels like I have the nose I wanted, I’m satisfied with the frontal view, and I like the width and shape of my nose too~!! He pursues a natural + harmonious look, so even though I had two surgeries, it doesn’t really look obvious and is on the natural side.
