Before/after I’ve had a huge complex about my nose for a long time because my nostrils were wide and my nasal alae were wide too. After thinking and thinking about it, I had alar reduction today. I reduced it by about 3.5 mm in total! Once the swelling goes down, I think it’ll look a little more natural from here. I’m so satisfied!
