I think about 90% of the swelling has gone down. You can intuitively feel how much the swelling has gone down if you try scrunching your nose.
For aesthetic satisfaction, I'd give it about 90 out of 100. The nasal tip definitely got higher, but my nose didn't turn out as sharp as I expected. I also wonder if this is just the limit for my nose. I guess people don't say for nothing that cosmetic surgery turns out well only when the original base is good.
When I see myself reflected in a window while walking down the street, my nose definitely looks sleeker, so I'm satisfied. Since it was implant-free and done with materials from my own body, it doesn't really feel like I had surgery. If I had put in silicone, the change would have been more dramatic, but I couldn't do it because I was worried side effects might occur.
Before surgery, my left nostril was blocked, but after surgery, the right side is a bit blocked, so I wondered if it was blocked because the swelling hadn't fully gone down, but I'm planning to go to the hospital sometime in July for a consultation.
