My eyes were the type that needed an incisional approach, but I really didn’t want an incision, so I held out as long as I could and ended up getting non-incisional ptosis correction. Because my ptosis was on the severe side, it worked temporarily but came undone quickly. After childbirth, I went in for revision surgery because it had come undone, but they refused to operate, saying it would come undone again even if they did it. If incision is the answer from the start, approach it with an incision from the beginning. These days I’m searching everywhere for a revision clinic and regretting it... thinking I should have had the incision when I was younger.
