Because I have sunken eyes, for my first surgery I had medial epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. It was sausage-like, and the line was also wrinkly and uneven, and I guess you could say it was a sausage-like double eyelid covered by the upper eyelid. So, without knowing I would end up needing a forehead lift, I lowered the eye line and had revision medial epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction. But even after that, the Mongolian folds from the medial epicanthoplasty didn’t completely disappear, and my eyes still looked sleepy and too stuffy. Since the double eyelids kept getting covered, I was also advised to get a forehead lift, so I did? But they still look stuffy, so I’m definitely going to get revision medial + upper epicanthoplasty. I want the double eyelid line to be an outline crease, but I’m a bit unsure, so I’m thinking of first trying revision canthoplasty and then deciding. Please recommend places that are good at removing Mongolian folds with canthoplasty… I’m planning to consult at ㅊㅇ and ㅂㅇㅇㅇ - Shin Yong-ho, but I wonder if two places are too few, so I’m trying to look into more. Please, this has to be my last canthoplasty… I want to stop doing this.
