My upper arms definitely feel like they’ve lost volume I had 39 bottles removed, but since my arms were originally thick, maybe I can’t get straight arms.... I guess there will be more changes gradually I need to diet harder now that the rainy season is over I want to spend the summer wearing sleeveless tops~~ Everyone, let’s stay strong for a slim summer!!
