I finished the second fat-grafting session too, and all the swelling has gone down. It has been about two months since the second session. At first I was thinking of only filling the areas that were lacking, like my forehead and nasolabial folds, but considering that some of it would be absorbed later, I did the second session as full-face too. Compared with the first session, my forehead definitely has more volume when I look at my side profile. I used to get filler in the hump area, then had the filler removed and got nose surgery. I had correction of the hump and osteotomy~ During the consultation I told them I wanted it to look natural, but when I had the splint on, it did not look very high, so I wondered if I should have gone for a more dramatic look. But the nose with the splint on and after removing it are really different, so for those who still have a splint on, I think you should not worry and first take the splint off to see the nose shape
