Day 6 after incisional double eyelid revision surgery

Before<These were my eyes before double eyelid surgery when I was 16! My ptosis was severe, so this was as much as I could open my eyes without using forehead strength><This is 6 years after my first double eyelid surgery?? These are my eyes from recently! My left eye was more covered, and my eyelashes poked my eye>Before<This is also a recent photo, when I relaxed my eye strength and opened them only halfway. The one above is fully open>After<This is a photo I took excitedly right after double eyelid surgery! Up until then, the swelling was okay and I kind of liked it><Day 1, blood pooled inside my right eye..><Day 2><Day 3><Day 4><Day 5, photo taken after stitch removal!><This is today, day 6!! Please just tell me your personal thoughtsㅜㅠㅜ>6 years ago, because of ptosis, I had ptosis correction + incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty, and because they were uneven, I had correction with buried sutures at the same clinic 1 year later! Even so, they were still uneven, the line was too thin, and my eyelashes poked my eye, so I decided to get revision surgery.

So this time, without any other canthoplasty, I had surgery to raise the double eyelid line through an incisional method!! But maybe because it was revision surgery, or because I’m the type who swells easily, the swelling seems so severeㅜㅠㅜㅠ After surgery, due to bleeding, blood pooled inside my right eyelid, so it’s swollen in a round shapeㅜ I keep wondering if I ruined it by doing it for nothing, and when I look online, everyone’s major swelling goes down around one week, but mine still looks so intense and scaryㅜㅜㅜ

Do you think it failed??ㅜㅠㅠ It’s right to wait a little longer, right??ㅠㅜㅠ
