In the past, after removing silicone, I lived with only the nasal tip left, but as time passed, the severe step-off became very visible and it became a complex. It looked okay in photos, but in real life it was really severe.. So I decided on revision surgery with the goal of a natural straight nose.
My hospital selection criterion was absolutely naturalness. I also found out about this hospital after seeing reviews in a community, and I liked the natural and harmonious feeling haha
The director suggested doing it with no implant + ear cartilage, just filling the step-off properly, so that’s how I had surgery.
<After surgery>
Really surprisingly, there was almost no swelling or pain, so there was nothing difficult about the surgery. Even my ear didn’t hurt?
What I had been worried about was whether the ear cartilage placed on the nasal dorsum would show through or look bumpy, but thankfully I didn’t have those symptoms.
The director was kind during the consultation too, but after surgery he felt even kinder.. It was completely different from my previous hospital.
I felt that they respected the patient’s opinions and tried to listen as much as possible. I think you’ll know what I mean if you go for a consultation.
Since nose surgery is a difficult surgery, I hope the people reading this review succeed in one go:)
