I had alar reduction surgery here, and the asymmetry was severe, so 3 years after the date of my first surgery, they removed 1 mm more only from my left nostril wing. But there was something like an unremoved suture? something like fishing line that kept catching, so I hurriedly visited the hospital and had the suture removed again, and when I woke up in the morning it looked like this, as in the photo. On top of that, the suture removal is done by therapists? nurses, and they pull so roughly that even if the surgery went well, it felt like something could get ruined during suture removal.
