Before <before surgery> After <just over one month later haha> After <just over one month later haha> After <just over one month later haha> Ever since I got double eyelid surgery, I’ve been spending my days getting into doing makeup lol No matter how much I watched YouTube and tried to copy makeup techniques, it never worked.. but after double eyelid surgery, it became possible..? Turns out it was all because of my monolids lololol When I used mascara, it would get on my upper eyelids, leave marks, and I couldn’t even think about trying double eyelid glue or tape.. I’d thought about double eyelid surgery for a long time, but when it came down to it, I didn’t have the courage to actually get surgery. While I was debating it, a friend who had surgery at Marble got her double eyelids done in exactly the look I wanted. After seeing that happen right next to me, I was like, I really need to wake up, I don’t even have the confidence to live like this forever without surgery, so why am I not doing it just because I’m scared? I kept pushing myself hard lololol, got a consultation at the same place, and completed the surgery with natural adhesion.
It’s been a little over a month, and maybe because it was done with natural adhesion, there wasn’t much swelling, and it went down quickly, so I think the line settled fast~ I wanted a glamorous semi-out line, and Director S.Y.H made it happen almost unbelievably, so I’m satisfied,, still very satisfied (My friend and I have the same surgery dad lololol) Actually, I originally wanted natural adhesion plus dual canthoplasty, but the director only recommended natural adhesion!! I wondered, is it really okay not to do canthoplasty? But now when I look in the mirror, my eyes look open and refreshed even without canthoplasty, so I actually think I’m glad I didn’t do it. The director gives honest consultations without overtreatment, gooood!!! No regrets about my choice.
And canthoplasty is most effective when it’s done because it’s actually needed. If you just do it out of greed because you want bigger eyes, they said the chance of regretting it is higher. From the director’s perspective, I guess they felt I could get enough effect with double eyelid surgery alone, so I was grateful they told me firmly.. Everyone, get surgery from a director who is confident about your surgery!!
And these days the trend is also a glamorous-but-natural semi-out look, and I think mine turned out in line with that, so lately I’m enjoying taking selfies every day.. Makeup applies so well too Sometimes I wonder if this is really a one-month line, and people around me are all making an even bigger fuss than me, saying it was such a good decision to get double eyelid surgery lololol I feel like I got a new life.
