It’s finally been... 1 year since I had surgery at the clinic.!! I wrote a review right after surgery, and now the day has already come for me to write my 1-year review >ㅁ<
For my 1-year review, I’ll show you photos in everyday clothes:)
♥ Specs
Specs _ 161 cm / 46 kg / AAA cup Mentor Xtra _ Moderate High 310 cc (same on both sides) inserted. / transaxillary incision
Now that it’s been 1 year, I feel like my breast shape has completely settled, so I think the shape is the prettiest now! At 3 months ~ 6 months ~ 9 months~, I thought the shape was the prettiest then too, but people said it gets prettier as time goes by, and that was totally true.
♥ Before surgery Before surgery, I naturally had very little fat on my upper body, and I was an AA cup, so it was to the point where I didn’t even need to wear underwear.
Because I had no existing breast tissue, if I went too large, rippling would be unavoidable, and my condition was such that I couldn’t even expect my breast shape to look pretty just by inserting implants.
You can tell just from the photos that my chest had no fat at all, right?
Director Lee Jae-soo firmly told me I shouldn’t be greedy, and that if I was, rippling would be unavoidable
He even showed me example photos of rippling and stopped me, saying the risk would be too high if I pushed it too much.
He said he would insert the largest size possible for my frame, so I decided to have the surgery.
♥ Reason I chose this clinic
For 6 months, I wanted surgery so badly that I went to in-person consultations and did online research everywhere, you know?
Among them, the reason I chose this clinic was because Director Lee Jae-soo pursues safety and naturally pretty breasts. I felt that matched my needs, so I booked the surgery right away that day.
Right before surgery, the breast augmentation I wanted was:
1. A chest that no one would immediately think was surgically done (natural enough that people might slightly wonder whether it was surgery or not!)
2. A suitable size that matched my body proportions
3. Less pain (I’m sensitive to pain and get scared easily)
4. Quick recovery for daily life
5. Improvement of pectus carinatum
6. Feel to the touch
All of the above absolutely had to be met, and I thought this clinic was the best fit. Now, what more can I say? I’m completely satisfied.
♥ Detailed review after surgery
Because I have protruding ribs and pectus carinatum, I was so envious of breasts that sat close together. Director Lee Jae-soo said hybrid breast augmentation would look much more natural and pretty, so we did it together.
Hybrid breast augmentation is a surgery that also includes fat grafting to the cleavage area! For people like me with pectus carinatum + zero existing breast tissue, I 200% recommend fat grafting to the cleavage area. The fat has currently taken so well that it’s crazy... It’s natural and pretty..!
Another advantage is that because I had fat grafting, the feel is much better!♡
At the very beginning after surgery, I thought I wanted the upper bulging to come down quickly, you know?
Now it has come down naturally, and I was worried because if there’s too little upper breast volume, the overall volume drops, but such pretty volume has been completed... So happy☆ I don’t want it to drop any more from here, so I’m wearing underwire bras to support it hehe
Lastly, a lot of people asked about scars, so I’m attaching them.
I have keloid-prone skin, so I was really sensitive about scars. Every time I go, they give me scar injections and check the condition.
In reality, they don’t show much.
Considering that I have keloid-prone skin, I’m extremely satisfied!!
Director Lee Jae-soo also told me that scars differ from person to person depending on skin texture, so recovery speed varies individually.
I think my scars are healing at an average level hahaha
I’m extremely lazy, so I didn’t use any products at all, from ointment to Medifoam and things like that. I just lived normally, and the scars healed well naturally and didn’t show much!
As for the feel, I didn’t tell my boyfriend that I had breast surgery, and he doesn’t know.. That’s how soft they are. Of course, the feel may be less than natural breasts, but I’m very satisfied. I think it’s definitely better because I didn’t get greedy and inserted a suitable size. Since I did Mentor Xtra, should I say it feels more firm and bouncy?
I’m satisfied because it feels like my own body!
