I wanted revision surgery, but by personality I didn’t want a flashy nose, so after visiting several places to find somewhere that could do a natural-looking nose, I decided on this plastic surgery clinic!! (These days flashy noses are trendy, so it was hard to find a place that does natural-looking rhinoplasty)
They said one director handles all surgeries and regular follow-up care without employed doctors, so I was able to trust and leave it to him.
I was somewhat demanding, saying I disliked my thin nasal bridge and didn’t want a nose length that made my midface look long. During the consultation, he very kindly and thoroughly explained everything from the surgical method to what was possible and impossible.
First of all, what really surprised me after surgery was that although there was some discomfort on the first day, there was almost no pain! It hurt less than I expected!!
Only the area where the costal cartilage was harvested felt a little stiff when I moved? And then it was just that the gauze inside my nose bothered me.
Maybe my recovery was fast without any issues, but the swelling also went down very quickly except for the nasal bridge, and I think I could see the contours outside the bridge even before week 2.
When they checked my progress after surgery and did disinfection care, the director did it himself!! I know there are many cases where only nurses do the dressing, and that made me trust this place completely
I wanted the main change to be in my nasal tip, so he corrected the position of the alar cartilage using costal cartilage, and he said he also corrected my long nose at the same time.
