I didn't think one month would come this quickly, but thinking about it, it's already been over 3 weeks since I had surgery at Glam,,, It feels like just yesterday that I wrote a post because I got scared after there was no contact following my pre-op exam and wondered if something was wrong. Time really flies! I remembered it after a while and stopped by, so while I'm here I thought I'd write a review haha It may not be super important, but I’ll write a little in case anyone is curious lol
I got Motiva 300 cc through an inframammary incision. The hospital originally said I could go up to 320, you know? But when I tried them on, 300 felt just right and stable to me, and I thought 320 might be too big,, My breast base width is about 11.5-12 and my rib cage is 70, so I thought 300 would probably be enough? So I didn't go for the maximum and got an appropriate size! At first I wondered if I should have gone bigger, but when I wear fitted clothes and look in the mirror, literally all I can see is boobs so I think I did well choosing this size
On the day of surgery, I didn't have a guardian, so I went alone and was discharged alone. Honestly, if possible, I do think it's better to have a guardian. When I came to in the recovery room, the teachers did take care of everything and looked after me, but once it was time to go home, I felt lonely(?) lol I did wish someone could look after me until I got home But it's not impossible, just that if you can, having a guardian seems better... that's what I mean! +) Or if hospitalization is possible, hospitalization might be good! Glam's inpatient room looked nice... I'm a hardcore homebody so I went home, but I did consider being admitted
What's interesting is that I had almost no pain... But you know that kind of muscle soreness? Like when you do push-ups super intensely while trembling, then the next day you wake up and have no strength and your muscles feel tight? I did have something like that. I think it's because I had dual-plane placement. People who had subfascial placement probably won't have this. It wasn't like my arms were unusually tight and painful, I just didn't want to use my arms...ㅇㅅㅇㅋㅋㅋㅋ So for about 3 days I think I moved around just flicking my fingers. Lower body was okay okay, but only the upper body was a bit hard. Still, from day 4 I got better, so I could dress myself, eat, go to work, and do everything alone If you have to do work that requires strength, you’d probably need more rest, but if it's an office job, taking 3 days off and going back seems totally possible
As for other things like feel or scars, I'm still a complete one-month breast-surgery newbie, so I'm cautious about saying much. Still, the incision area is rea~lly small, and the hospital's care program is solid, so I'm not too worried But thinking about having to keep going to the hospital for a year makes me feel a little bothered(?), though since I had surgery, I'm going to try to be diligent Oh right, my abdominal swelling lasted over 2 weeks. It went down recently... But what was interesting is that my weight barely changed, but only my belly was super bloated, so I was shocked....... I figured if I thought of it as swelling and just ate, it would all turn into fat, so I dieted too, eating chicken breast and cabbage wraps큐
Later, once the feel softens and the shape stabilizes somewhat, I'll come write another review!!! I hope by then I'll also have the courage to take and upload photos
