Before-before-after-after-after-after I can’t believe the day has come when I write a review too!!!! I had surgery on May 17, and got it from Director Lee Byung-jun at Named! I remember it included 4.5 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage + hump reduction + bulbous nose correction Like this The director’s opinion was that if the hump was shaved well and the implant went in, osteotomy didn’t really seem necessary (which was the same as my opinion), so I didn’t do osteotomy! The reason donated costal cartilage was used in my first surgery is that my septal cartilage was a bit small, so there was no choice but to use it Regarding the use of donated costal cartilage, they also left surgical photos, so it was good that I could check them later (It did give me a bit of chills when I saw my nose all opened up) Even though it’s only been a month, it seems like a lot of the swelling has gone down!? I look at the before and after sometimes, and I keep regretting that I should have done it sooner, even a little younger Why did I only do it now when I could become this pretty....... The nasal tip is still a bit hard, and sometimes there’s a tingling pain, and there’s a foreign-body sensation too, so it is uncomfortable, but it definitely seems to be getting a little better as time passes Anyway, that’s it for the review~~ I’ll come back with a 2-month review next time, bye
