It’ll soon be one month, and I had unlimited LAMS on my abdomen and love handles plus abdominal fat extraction. I had my upper arms done before and was satisfied, so I made up my mind and tried the abdomen too. Maybe because they say the abdomen requires strict weight control, my size has decreased by 4.5 cm in 3 weeks, but visually, I don’t feel a clear difference yet sigh
Maybe because there’s still some firmness/lumpiness in my lower abdomen, when I wear clothes it sticks out sob sob Still, the skirt zipper that wouldn’t close now closes, which is so exciting, but please, lower abdominal firmness, disappear already!!! hahaha
Still, it’s a relief that the size has gone down and clothes fit, but what should I do for my belly line to become really straight and flat? I guess diet and exercise are the only answer, so I’m going to be strict for a while! Anyone who has tried abdominal fat extraction~~~? Does the effect usually become visible after more than a month?
