It’s been two and a half years since my surgery, but I feel like my nasal tip has drooped, so lately it keeps bothering me. Should I get revision surgery? I want a dramatic-looking nose, so would it be better to have revision surgery at my original clinic (ㅌㅋㄹㅅ), or should I go to another clinic?

Pain after removal
It’s almost been 1 year since removal, but my nasal tip still has a sharp, tight pain and a feeling of pressure. Has anyone else experienced this? The pressure feels the same whether the silicone was still in or after complete removal
