I’m someone who had only lateral canthoplasty 7 years ago. I really don’t recommend doing only lateral canthoplasty. It ended up looking like I hadn’t done anything, so no one noticed I had surgery. (Really not even 1 person knew;;) It was a place that was pretty famous for canthoplasty at the time too.. Now it has just gone back to my original eyes. For about 2 months after surgery, it was just like, oh, I look a bit more innocent now.
