It’s finally.. been 1 year since I had surgery at the clinic.!! I wrote a review right after surgery, and the day has already come for me to write my 1-year review >ㅁ<
For the 1-year review, I’ll show you photos in everyday clothes:)
♥ Specs
Specs _ 161 cm / 46 kg / AAA cup Mentor Xtra _ Moderate High 310 cc (same on both sides) / transaxillary incision
At 1 year, it feels like the breast shape has completely settled, so I think the shape is the prettiest! At 3 months ~ 6 months ~ 9 months~ I thought those were the prettiest shapes too, but people said they get prettier over time, and that was completely true
♥ Before surgery Before surgery, I naturally had no fat on my upper body and was an AA cup, so it was to the point where I didn’t need to wear underwear
Because I had no existing breast tissue, if I went too big I couldn’t avoid rippling, and my condition was such that I couldn’t even expect my breast shape to be pretty just because implants were inserted
You can see just from the photos that my chest had no flesh at all, right?
Director Lee Jae-su firmly said I shouldn’t be greedy and that rippling would be unavoidable
He even showed me example photos of rippling and stopped me, saying the risk would be high if I pushed too far
He said he would insert the largest size possible within my limits, so I decided to have surgery
♥ Reason I chose this clinic
For 6 months, I really wanted to get surgery, so I went around doing both in-person consultations and online research, you know?
Among them, the reason I chose this clinic was Director Lee Jae-su pursues safety and naturally pretty breasts I thought these needs matched mine, so I booked the surgery on the same day.
Right before surgery, the breast augmentation I wanted was
1. Breasts that no one would immediately think were surgically done (natural enough that people would be slightly unsure whether it was surgery or not!)
2. A size appropriate for my body proportions
3. Less pain (I’m sensitive to pain and get scared easily)
4. Quick recovery to daily life
5. Correction of pectus carinatum
6. Feel
All of the above absolutely had to be met, and I thought this clinic was the most suitable. Now, needless to say, I’m completely satisfied
♥ Detailed review after surgery
Because my ribs protrude and I have pectus carinatum, I was so envious of breasts that come together Director Lee Jae-su said hybrid breast augmentation would look much more natural and pretty, so I did it together.
Hybrid breast augmentation is a surgery that also does fat grafting to the cleavage area! For people like me with pectus carinatum + zero existing breast tissue, I recommend fat grafting to the cleavage area 200%. Right now the fat has taken so well it’s crazy... It’s natural and pretty..!
Another advantage is that because I had fat grafting, the feel is much better!♡
At the very beginning after surgery, I kept thinking I wanted the upper fullness to come down quickly, you know?
Now it has come down naturally, and I was really worried because if the upper breast has too little volume, the overall volume drops, but such a pretty volume has been completed... So happy☆ I don’t want it to drop any more from here, so I’m wearing wired bras to support it hehe
Lastly, many people asked about scars, so I’m attaching them
I have keloid-prone skin, so I was very sensitive about scars Every time I go, they give me scar injections and check the condition
In reality, they don’t show much
Considering I have keloid-prone skin, I’m extremely satisfied!!
Director Lee Jae-su also said scars differ from person to person depending on skin texture, so recovery speed varies individually
I think my scars are healing at an average level hahaha
I’m very lazy, so I didn’t use any products at all, from ointment to Medifoam. Just living naturally, the scars healed well and didn’t show much!
As for feel, I didn’t tell my boyfriend that I had breast surgery, and he doesn’t know.. That’s how soft they are. Of course, the feel may not be as good as natural breasts, but I’m extremely satisfied. I definitely think it’s better because I didn’t get greedy and put in an appropriate amount. Since I did Mentor Xtra, should I say it feels more firm and bouncy?
It feels like my own body, so I’m satisfied!
