The consultant was really kind, which I liked. I went because the clinic is known for natural-looking results, and when I had the consultation with the director, I could see they were trying to graft an appropriate amount without overdoing it. In reality, they did not put in too much.
I had grafting under the eyes, in the nasolabial folds, and in the lateral cheeks. I didn’t like that the area under my eyes was sunken and that my nasolabial folds became deep when I smiled, so I asked them to focus on those areas. They said if they put a lot in the lateral cheeks, the face can look larger, so they would put in a very small amount, around 1 cc.
It was sedation anesthesia, so I fasted for 4 hours, wore disposable underwear, had blood drawn, and then had the surgery. When I woke up, there was nowhere that hurt at all.
During the first session, I wasn’t swollen at all when I woke up, but this second session, I was already swollen. I asked them to put in a little more than the first time, so maybe that’s why. They also said the swelling from the second session would last longer than the first.
After the first session, I waited almost over 5 months and had the second session this time. The fat grafted during the first session seemed almost gone after 3 months. Up to 2 months, I think it was maintained almost as it was. But everyone says the first session is just laying the foundation and the second is the real one...
The thigh area where they did liposuction only had slight bruising and wasn’t particularly painful. Today maybe the bruising increased a little, so it hurts very slightly, but there’s no discomfort. During the first session, it barely hurt.
After the first session, I looked at the coccyx area where they made an incision for liposuction, and the scar is barely noticeable, to the point that it looks like acne hyperpigmentation. It’s also inside the panty line, so there’s no occasion for it to show.
On my face too, only where the needle? went in had very faint yellow bruising, but it doesn’t show with makeup, and since I wear a mask anyway, I can return to daily life right away. Also, only I know; other people don’t notice at all. Even my family didn’t know until I told them... That’s how natural it seems.
