When getting double eyelid surgery, if it seems like a Mongolian fold will form, definitely get epicanthoplasty (not excessively ×) My doctor said I probably didn't need epicanthoplasty, so I just had a basic incisional double eyelid surgery I already had a bit of a Mongolian fold, but it got worse I think I'll have to get revision surgery again, not excessively, just for removing the Mongolian fold..
