Nasal contracture after my first surgery

In my very, very first surgery, they used 3D silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. From day 7, after the swelling dressing was removed, bleeding started, and after 2 weeks of treatment, a large amount of scar tissue formed inside the right side of my nose. At one month, my nose collapsed. After that, my nose contracted and became even lower than before, but they said they could raise it by adding dermis and remove the scar tissue with laser, so they told me to do treatment, and I waited. Treatment started around 6 months? 1 year? I had treatment for 2 years, but the scar tissue stayed the same, and even my nose became pinched. I was frustrated, so I visited other hospitals, and they said the scar tissue couldn’t be removed and that it was contracture, but I never heard any explanation about this from the original clinic. Even when I told them I had seen other hospitals, heard these things, and that it hadn’t improved, they said there was nothing they could do unless it was to discount revision surgery costs. They say this can happen after surgery, but the scar tissue is so severe that I can’t even put a finger inside my nose, and they only said ridiculous things like the pinched look actually has the effect of making the nose look more defined. Now I’m looking into revision surgery, and I’ve been told that scar tissue almost won’t improve, and because it’s there, lifting the nose is also difficult.
