I’m past my 20s now, and I was just going to live with the way I looked, but somehow I ended up deciding to get nose surgery! My nose had been a complex of mine since I was young, so I’m really happy that I finally got surgery, even if it was late... I didn’t have huge expectations for the surgery, and since my nose had always been very low, I just thought, I hope it can be raised to about an average person’s level! That was all I wanted, but the director explained the shape and the necessary procedures in detail, which was great. (I thought it would be over with just putting in silicone, haha)
Since my nose was straight across horizontally, I had the columella brought out and also reduced the nostril wings. I was scared of costal cartilage, so I used ear cartilage! I was afraid of nose surgery, so I went around to about 4-5 hospitals just for consultations, and this place felt the most trustworthy.
First of all, the consultation was really... detailed, and I think I had the consultation with the director alone for over 15 minutes. I asked so many things I was curious and worried about, and they explained everything in detail, so I felt much more at ease. And when I heard that they only perform one surgery per day, I trusted them even more!!
The review photos were also the closest to the nose shape I wanted, so I booked the surgery that same day and went home. My surgery was on a Friday, so I had to keep the cotton packing in my nose for one extra day, and that was the hardest part. Other than that, I don’t really remember anything especially uncomfortable or difficult.
It’s now about 2 weeks since removing the splint, and I didn’t bruise, there’s almost no swelling, and it turned out so naturally that I’m happy... Only my family knows, and people at work or around me don’t even really know I had surgery lol They just said that the overall vibe of my face seems to have changed to something more feminine. I think it’s thanks to the director designing it to suit my face well. It turned out really natural, just like I wanted!! These days I’m so happy looking in the mirror...<3 If I had known it was this simple of a surgery, I would have done it sooner, that’s what I think haha Anyway, it was a huge success and I’m very satisfied haha
