After 10:00, I woke up half-asleep Two nurses in the operating room woke me up, gave me water, and kept talking to me I drank one small apple juice and was about to take a taxi, but they said since it was Friday, I definitely wouldn’t be able to get one, so they took me to the subway station right in front of the hospital (one stop to the terminal) Thankfully, I arrived safely and got on the bus fine. (Even while half-asleep, I got on well lol)
Bus departure time 11:00 My fingertips and toes were so cold, and I had chills (short-sleeved ankle-length dress, regular crew socks, thick windbreaker, scarf packed) It was soooo cold, and no matter what I did, it hurt I wanted to sleep, but my fingertips and toes were seriously so cold I couldn’t sleep A little nausea, thirst ㅠㅠ I drank the small apple juice they packed for me, one sip at a time (If I didn’t have that, I think my stomach would probably have felt really bad) At the rest stop, I bought warm coffee, held it in my hands, and slept for a bit
Arrived home at 3:00 AM As soon as I arrived, I took one Tylenol When I lay down, groaning sounds came out on their own It hurt so much once I lay down, but I was happy ㅠㅠ I had been fasting since the day before, and had gone back and forth by long-distance bus Maybe I was tired, so I slept lol
8:00 AM I woke up groaning I came back wrapped tightly in bandages, but my arms won’t move... The hospital called They said they forgot to give me the compression garment and said they would send it by delivery They told me to remove the bandages and tape right away.
There was less bruising than I expected and the back of my left hand was very swollen. It hurts so, so, so much, but I’m hanging in there with Tylenol (I have two kids.)
When I asked the hospital, they said a total of 6500 cc was removed
