Revision surgery after 6 years

Before-before <before revision surgery> after-after <at 2 weeks> after-after <one month> after-after <two months> I had nose surgery 6 years ago because of a hump nose, and I lived without any particular dissatisfaction, but even after surgery it still looked round, so contouring my nose was a hassle, and from the front it seemed like there was asymmetry and it also looked like a bulbous nose, so I ended up getting revision surgery. I worked hard going around to consultations, and I started thinking I should have the surgery with autologous costal cartilage. The doctor was so kind, and I got the feeling that he looked at everything very thoroughly and carefully. I asked for the most dramatic look possible with autologous costal cartilage~~ to raise it as much as possible within what my skin could handle. I got greedy, so some people around me find it a bit too much, but I’m completely satisfied. What I wanted was definitely high and dramatic, raised as much as possible wherever it could be raised, since I know the nasal tip will come down anyway.... The photos are from around 2 months, so it has come down a bit more now, and I’m just doing scar care for the autologous costal cartilage donor site. The director did the surgery exactly the way I wanted, so I’m posting a genuinely satisfied review
